Transformational Teamwork

  1. The Journey Begins :- Team Engagement / Health Check Survey. A survey conducted for all the stake holders to determine the team health, the training needs and quantify the outcome desired along with returns expected
  2. Step Two :- A 3 day, powerful program. The program is designed to align the team into one cohesive unit. The team dynamics undergo a transformation from ‘Is it Possible?’ to one of ‘Lets Do it’
  3. Follow Up :- A one day Follow up session within two months to validate the transformation, understand the road blocks that the team may face in carrying forward the transformation committed from the program to the work place.
  4. Two Day Workshops :- 2 day workshops designed to provide the team with additional behavioral inputs and sessions designed to keep the team and leaders on track. Validates the results of transformation and the productivity/ monetary benefits accruing to the Company. (3 such programs are conducted, one every three months.)
  5. Individual / Team Coaching :- It is about facilitating positive change by improving thinking. Customized to meet individual requirements, it aims to converse with you at your pace to help you find answers to attain your goals. It is not advisory in nature and a coach will help you clarify your thinking to achieve exactly what you wish to achieve. Coaching focuses on what’s most important to you and engages you in discovering the most natural and effortless way to achieve the breakthroughs you want. It does not go into your past but focuses on the future. It focuses on solutions and follows a structured approach to support you, stretch you and be your trusting sounding board.
  6. After One Year :- The second of the 3 day Outbound Team Development Program. A powerful refresher course designed to recharge the team for the next phase of orbit shifting productivity.
  7. Follow Up :- Continuous Follow up to gauge levels of teamwork and consequent impact on productivity / turnover / team health.
